A nonprofit organization that provides innovative, culturally relevant youth programming and family services on CRST. Its facilities include The Main Youth Center (ages 4-12); Cokata Wiconi Teen Center (ages 13-18); Winyan Toka Win Garden; and Waniyetu Wowapi Art Park. CRYP offers daily after-school educational and recreational programming, special events, teen internships, mentoring, garden club, book clubs, wellness activities, social enterprise activities (Keya Gift Shop, Keya Cafe & Coffee Shop and Leading Lady Farmer's Market); arts programming through the Waniyetu Wowapi Lakota Youth Arts Institute, and much more. The Family Services membership program supports Cheyenne River’s families by providing access to monthly support services, emergency heat assistance, and bulk distributions such as winter coats and school supplies.

We provide elderly 1 meal a day for a small dollar donation per meal Monday thru Friday. Disabled individuals pay $2 a meal and the public pays $5. We also host periodic elderly activities, fundraisers, produce giveaways, and various other events for both elderly and the general public. Provides scholarships to CRST Tribal Members. Scholarship applications can be picked up at the CRST Education Services Office. Provides educational services and presentations at the Oglala Lakota College and High School visits across the reservation. The CRST Education Services also help with Federal Financial Aid and other scholarships; provides student services such as helping students apply for scholarships and funding, etc. Non-tribal members are ineligible for CRST funding however student services are still offered to non-tribal members.
