The Canli Coalition aims to reduce the tobacco disparity faced by Native Americans. Resources include tobacco education for youth or adult audiences, tobacco cessation (quitting) support, and advocacy for tobacco-related policy such as secondhand smoke rules. The Tribal Court, an important entity in the sovereign powers of Tribal Government, acts as a mediator, referee and interpreter of disputes and conflicts between people on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation. The courts administer justice and discharge all duties imposed upon them by the laws and decides matters of a judicial nature and enter judgements and orders disposing of such matters.

Provides scholarships to CRST Tribal Members. Scholarship applications can be picked up at the CRST Education Services Office. Provides educational services and presentations at the Oglala Lakota College and High School visits across the reservation. The CRST Education Services also help with Federal Financial Aid and other scholarships; provides student services such as helping students apply for scholarships and funding, etc. Non-tribal members are ineligible for CRST funding however student services are still offered to non-tribal members.

Works with the Elderly Protection Team Board (EPT) who serve as liaisons and advocates for elder tribal members (applications are available at the Wisdom Keepers Program).
