Works with the Elderly Protection Team Board (EPT) who serve as liaisons and advocates for elder tribal members (applications are available at the Wisdom Keepers Program). Native American Support Caregivers Program (NASCP) assists grandparents who have custody of grandchildren.

A nonprofit organization that provides innovative, culturally relevant youth programming and family services on CRST. Its facilities include The Main Youth Center (ages 4-12); Cokata Wiconi Teen Center (ages 13-18); Winyan Toka Win Garden; and Waniyetu Wowapi Art Park. CRYP offers daily after-school educational and recreational programming, special events, teen internships, mentoring, garden club, book clubs, wellness activities, social enterprise activities (Keya Gift Shop, Keya Cafe & Coffee Shop and Leading Lady Farmer's Market); arts programming through the Waniyetu Wowapi Lakota Youth Arts Institute, and much more. The Family Services membership program supports Cheyenne River’s families by providing access to monthly support services, emergency heat assistance, and bulk distributions such as winter coats and school supplies.
