Enforces Indian Preference in contracting, subcontracting, employment and training, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and enforce the Fair Labor Standards Act to prevent discrimination of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age or marital status. Serves as a training service between employers and residents; conducts inspections of employers to assure that the objectives agreed to are being met; and refers any discrimination charges against the Tribe or Federal Agencies to the agencies involved.
