CTC is a data-driven youth prevention effort that is working in the Eagle Butte community on Cheyenne River. It was brought to the community by Missouri Breaks in 2021 and is supported by more than 40 local community members. Our vision is, “Cheyenne River is a community where our youth are healthy, culturally grounded, confident in their identity, and equipped with the fundamental skills for success in life.”
