A nonprofit organization that provides innovative, culturally relevant youth programming and family services on CRST. Its facilities include The Main Youth Center (ages 4-12); Cokata Wiconi Teen Center (ages 13-18); Winyan Toka Win Garden; and Waniyetu Wowapi Art Park. CRYP offers daily after-school educational and recreational programming, special events, teen internships, mentoring, garden club, book clubs, wellness activities, social enterprise activities (Keya Gift Shop, Keya Cafe & Coffee Shop and Leading Lady Farmer's Market); arts programming through the Waniyetu Wowapi Lakota Youth Arts Institute, and much more. The Family Services membership program supports Cheyenne River’s families by providing access to monthly support services, emergency heat assistance, and bulk distributions such as winter coats and school supplies.

CTC is a data-driven youth prevention effort that is working in the Eagle Butte community on Cheyenne River. It was brought to the community by Missouri Breaks in 2021 and is supported by more than 40 local community members. Our vision is, "Cheyenne River is a community where our youth are healthy, culturally grounded, confident in their identity, and equipped with the fundamental skills for success in life."

The Parenting in Poverty Initiative uses education to improve the health of infants and is establishing a Healthy Children’s Coalition for CRST.

Community youth can utilize the YMCA to play pool, darts, foosball, or sign up for computer literacy classes. The YMCA offers various activities throughout the summer months, youth can also attend the "Camp Marrowbone" and summer day camps which include meals in the communities of Swiftbird, White Horse, Cherry Creek, and Bear Creek.
