Provides scholarships to CRST Tribal Members. Scholarship applications can be picked up at the CRST Education Services Office. Provides educational services and presentations at the Oglala Lakota College and High School visits across the reservation. The CRST Education Services also help with Federal Financial Aid and other scholarships; provides student services such as helping students apply for scholarships and funding, etc. Non-tribal members are ineligible for CRST funding however student services are still offered to non-tribal members.

Advocates and represents court cases involving Native American children under the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Law. The mission of ICWA is to work with other agencies, such as tribal courts and Social Services to provide homes for children who have been removed from their homes or parents due to neglect or abuse, also sets up Case Plans with clients to receive services toward reunification with their children.
